Booking Policy


Payment

  • Final payment will only be accepted either cash or Zelle payments

Deposit

  • A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The deposit will be applied toward your final payment on the day of your appointment.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable to a rescheduled appointment if necessary (see the cancellation policy below).

Late Arrival

  • If you will be 15-30 minutes late, please contact us via call or text prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to adjust accordingly and minimize disruptions.

  • If you are running more than 30 minutes late, please call us immediately. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and deposit may be transferred rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We understand that life happens! You are allowed up to two reschedules before your appointment is canceled and your deposit is forfeited.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Failure to cancel within 24 hours or to reschedule within the allotted 2 times may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and your appointment being canceled.
